Over the years I have helped the UK Cabinet Office, as well as public and private organisations, apply lessons from behavioural science to change customer habits, from Tesco to McDonalds, Barclays to E.on. With their book, Sarah and Tracey have achieved a challenging task and have managed to capture a world of research within food environments, then translated it and presented it in a way that makes it easy to pull out the most effective findings and apply it to real world settings. They demonstrate that business interests can still be achieved if behavioural science is applied when offering healthier food options.
