About Tracey
I love cooking, my first real step into entrepreneurship was in 1973 when aged 9 I started making miniature Christmas cakes for my Mum’s hairdressing clients, this flourished into all sorts of occasion cakes. Following formal catering training I started working in the food industry, a short lived career; I retrained frequently exploring a variety of roles which always involved travelling and meeting lots of people. Sarah and I have a standing joke ‘don’t ask her what careers she has worked in unless you have all day!’ By 2010 I found myself working in behavioural science on an initiative that encouraged primary school children to eat more fruits and vegetables and this is where I met Sarah. Throughout my travels I became increasingly aware of the types of foods that are presented to us and how difficult it is to make good food choices. In between work I grow stuff, love cooking for my wider family of 4 stepsons and granddaughter. Most holidays are spent sailing despite the fact I suffer from seasickness!
Our team is varied, however we share a common passion to make a difference. Find out more about our team here.
